Yoghurt parfait - Layer yoghurt, muesli and fresh strawberries
Why on earth would anyone go through the trouble of making their own yoghurt?  
Let me tell you why!  Firstly,  it is no trouble at all!  Sure it takes a long time but honestly,  it is so easy to make! I don't even want to use the word "make" since it doesn't really require much skill from the maker.  Secondly,  I am not a sweet tooth and the store-bought yoghurt in Korea is too sweet for my taste.  That is why I first ventured into the wonderful world of making my own yoghurt.
